About Mia

A sketch of minimalist lines.

Based in Hamburg (Germany). Frequent travels within Germany and Europe (Spain, France & Italy).

I’m a writer, poet, photographer, and communications consultant who walks the beauty way — a path of storytelling and world-building rooted in curiosity, depth, and poetry. In my work, I combine my passion for writing, visual storytelling, aesthetics, and nature-connected living. I tell stories with depth and intuition — stories that engage all the senses and explore the many dimensions of beauty.

This studio is a home for my fascination with the infinite ways we humans create. I am deeply moved by you expressing yourself in your unique ways, and I feel a natural urge to translate the worlds and beauty I sense into words, visuals and sound. I collaborate with brands and artists who value nature, art and craft, and holistic living.

I bring seven years of experience in writing, photography, communications, and cultural research. In Germany, Taiwan, and China, I have worked with cultural and sustainability-focused organisations in communications, press relations, and media design, as well as serving as a researcher and lecturer in Art History and Cultural Studies.

My perception and creative expression are shaped by my fascination with spheres like dream studies, mythology, astrology, and sound healing. These explorations and practices have a profound influence on the way I perceive the world and create.

A tranquil scene of a person standing in a sunlit meadow surrounded by dense forest, evoking calm, connection to nature, and outdoor serenity.

It is the shared experiences of beauty that move me.

With eyes wide with curiosity and wonder, I have been meeting creative people who have welcomed me into their spaces. I learn through listening and observing, by sharing silences, words, stories, artistic practices, and those simple moments, such as drinking a warm cup of tea together in the grass or sitting on a wooden floor watching the sunlight move across a painting.
